chameleon old school neophyte poet ............. ( a quadrille ? )

eyed you
wound jester
crackled blued
side Earth show
and afterbirth ...

tomb renewals
carved approvals
painted rates
caved futures
vinyl once-d
moments
hit upon
between
deep rabbit holed
bargaining
barter
wobbles ...

where poem soul goes
wandering offerings
finding things
mostly
loving shadows
coveting shiny ...

I really like the last verse...especially the "coveting shiny..." It made me think of crows who are sometimes attracted to shiny objects and will collect them.

  5. It seems fitting, you like to go into dark shadowy places and shiny things show reflections of the self...pondering...dark/light are we not all part dark and light?

  7. Nice getting to know more of you. Love that poem soul searching for shiny and loving the shadows...

  8. The frenetic jump from one image to the next reads like a Picasso, and yet defines your vision of Edward!

All literature echoes what has gone on before. Gollum? The visual layout of your blog helped bring me there, I guess... but loving shadows and coveting shiny.... Anyway... your poem is nicely laid out, and well drawn!

  11. Oooh, well done. A good bit of darkness but then there's that crackled blue!
