dirty processional / condescending angel
I
love to
ignore
rules because
breaking
them is
a
very different thing
breaking
them
is
purposed pain
gaining
half
of
the Universe
while
ignoring them
is
a contractual
blind
laser
a smiled destruction
wrapped with
precise oral
surgeries
I
long for
a
night's vision
of what Dawn
steals
and
stabs
and writes
into
stories
leading
readers
to
understand
each
thing
that
rules
each
choice
a
narrator makes
at
each crossroads
where we are
secular divinity
and
reason
parting ways
we stored our light
as
best we could here
with cracked clay jars
copper
rods
and
vinegar
from
the wine
that
went bad
poured in

Ooooh, I like this. It seems to sum up the human condition so well. And I like the differentiation between ignoring and breaking rules.
