brine silhouetted neocortex shapes water takes falling...

il nuovo anno versando la meditazione

I use shallows to dig in thin slices
I breathe just deep enough to stay alive
I am orphaned from my cycle root finger valences
I am merely emptying what I don’t steal for keeps
I am sleight of hand legerdemain
I am a vein of reckless plunge
I am fill to foal expository light show
I am why languages are great yokes
I am the harnessing and the lusting after
I am the biter and the bitten

I write
I orate
I poem
in tides
I spill until spent until
I have become
just
the wet sand
of a soul
in search
of bones,
skin and
portal entry
into the gleam
and aloof divinity
of what I know can be
a love for my humanity
